John Poletti acquired Milan Salami Co. in 1960 after working and partnering with other local salami companies. It was his stay in Milan that empowered him to prevent compromising the quality and integrity of his products. Our salamis are slow-aged to remain true to the old-world processing traditions, and this results in deep and complex flavors.
